Tone Fitness has served the North Bay for nearly 20 years, offering Pilates, yoga, dance, and a wide range of other wellness classes and workshops. Its studio is a sanctuary for those that want to live fuller, be better, and find their groove.

Although well established in the North Bay community, Tone Fitness came to Good Good Studios to refresh their brand messaging and revitalize their marketing strategy.

Strengthening the key messages

We knew we had to start by fully understanding what Tone brings to the community it serves. When listening to its members, it’s clear that Tone’s influence extends far beyond a standard work-out.

By digging in and collaborating with Tone’s leaders and members, we were able to work together to distill what we heard into a set of key messages. These messages serve to guide all customer touchpoints, helping communicate the movement and joy that Tone brings to its members.

Bringing the story to life

After establishing the brand messaging, we partnered with Tone to build a tactical marketing strategy that spans digital and traditional platforms. By establishing a strong foundation first, we’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the Tone team to carry the new brand message to an even wider audience.
